This website is operated by Reginald (Reggie) Hilton, a Florida licensed real estate agent (License SL3207710) with eXp Realty. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Reggie Hilton.
What we collect
Information you give us when you fill out a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the property address (if you provide it), your best time to be reached, and any message you send.
Your answers to questionnaires such as the Business-Purpose HELOC eligibility check (for example property state, property type, rough value, amount owed, a credit range and intended use of funds). We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income amounts, bank details or exact credit score on this site.
A record of your consent to be contacted, including the date and time and the consent wording you agreed to.
Basic technical information, such as the page you visited and how you arrived (for example, a link in a text or email), and standard analytics data about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your request: to call, text or email you about the specific request you made, such as a home search, a home valuation or the HELOC eligibility check.
If you ask to move forward with a Business-Purpose HELOC, we share the information you provided with TCW Capital Finance, LLC so it can coordinate your application with its lending partners. Reggie Hilton is a referral partner, not a lender.

We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent collected on this site are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run this site and store form submissions, such as our website host, form processing services and Google Workspace (for example Google Sheets and Gmail). They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
Text messages and how to opt out
If you agreed to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
